At KCDC we believe that every day, every employee must be prepared for change. This can only manifest itself in an organisation which constantly hungers for knowledge. Hence we have created a 'Culture of Learning' amongst employees.

Every new employee is trained in all aspects of dry cleaning retail operations, with the aid of our comprehensive KCDC Training Manual.

Furthermore, our strong relationship with TAFE means all employees are trained to a minimum level of Certificate 3. This ensures consistency of knowledge and creates invaluable self esteem in our personnel.
