Karl Chehade® Dry Cleaning (KCDC) commenced its humble beginnings in 1957, in North Adelaide, South Australia. A firmly established business in the clothing industry, it entered the dry cleaning industry to fill a gap in the quality end of the market.

For nearly 50 years, KCDC has continued this tradition and is established as one of Australia’s largest, premier dry cleaning establishments.

Today, KCDC performs each of its store’s dry cleaning at its modern centralised plant. As all garments are dry cleaned at the same location, consistency of quality is guaranteed! Furthermore, we use all the latest technology and environmentally friendly processes and systems, ensuring that all garments are cleaned to the highest environmental standards. All our dry cleaned garments look brighter, feel softer and have absolutely no odour.

In order to continue the successful expansion of KCDC, we are creating an opportunity for prospective Franchisees to share in our success. Initially, we are offering 10 Franchisees the right to continue the profitable operation of existing KCDC stores, which are currently operated under our management.

KCDC franchise stores focus wholly on providing a comprehensive range of dry cleaning services, expert customer advice and value-added retail products. Franchisees can dedicate their operational hours to this end, as all cleaning is performed off-site by the Franchisor.

KCDC Franchisees can be confident in the knowledge that KCDC has compiled a franchise system utilising almost 50 years of successful trading and experience in the dry cleaning industry. This coupled with our dedication to customer service and the environment, will give all Franchisees every opportunity to continue the successful operation of any of the KCDC stores.
